About this event
Balance is one of our most essential reflexes, vital from infancy through old age. As we
age, physical and cognitive changes can affect our stability and increase the risk of falls.
In this workshop, we’ll explore balance awareness and learn practical fall-prevention
techniques to help you stay confident, safe, and active in daily life.
