Rapp at Home knows that transportation support is a critical service to help our neighbors remain in their homes here in Rappahannock County. Situations can arise for any of us when help may be needed to reach a doctor, a friend, or an event. Or perhaps we just need to give a driving spouse a break. 

Rapp at Home has screened volunteers who can provide rides to medical appointments and therapy visits. We have a wheelchair accessible van if needed. We can arrange for prescription and grocery pick-ups. We can also often help with other rides, such as for shopping or to social events. We often have scheduled trips for a group wishing to spend the day shopping or having lunch together.

Rapp at Home also has a comprehensive database of other transportation options available from other local providers, and can refer you to free regional or paid transportation providers, depending upon the need. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for ride or pick-up requests to enable us to line up transportation to meet your needs.
